JOB TITLE: Ecommerce Executive

HOURS: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday

SALARY: £27,000pa

Office Angels are excited to be partnering with our client who has been established for over 65 years and is still today a family-run business, this role will be based out of their Burgess Hill warehouse.

As the Ecommerce Executive, you will be reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you'll be supporting the delivery of the ecommerce strategy, improving user experience and optimising conversion rates.

About your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Experimenting and testing key areas of the site to increase conversion rates


• Monitoring user behaviour and implementing changes to improve experience


• Supporting development of the sites through implementation of additional functionality and new layouts


• Reporting and analysis of key site metrics


• Monitoring site daily operation, finding solutions to issues where required


• Create, maintain and optimise content pages for improved search visibility


• Implementation of new product launches and promotional campaigns


• Merchandising products & categories to increase sales


• Work closely with other departments and external agencies

About you:

• Experience of working in an ecommerce environment is essential, ideally 2-3 years.


• A team player with a can-do attitude.


• Have experience of increasing conversion rates, improving on-site user experience and knowledge of optimising content for search engines.
