Ecommerce Coordinator

Key responsibilities include:


Product & Content



  • Product suggestions on a weekly basis to the Email & Digital Marketing teams and management of intake dates for the week ahead emails

  • Check intake dates for the product suggestions before the email is finalised to ensure the product is live and can be featured

  • Set up and manage content slots across the site

  • Launch campaign imagery across the website for new editorial campaigns

  • Responsible for the end to end product launch process on the website

  • Upload product photography and data into the web platform and launch to live

  • Collate and ensure accuracy of product data for launch: product description, product attributes (key selling points, model information) category assignments, product recommendations and internal search visibility.

  • Monitor and communicate threats to launch; constantly reviewing and adapting processes to ensure best ways of working



Trading



  • Support trading team with visual merchandising of the website to react to trade

  • Support trading team to build new categories online, update banners, badging.

  • Troubleshoot any technical issues relating to product launches with relevant internal team

  • Undertake regular site-walks to ensure accuracy of website

  • Be proactive in bringing suggestions for improvement and voicing views as part of weekly team meetings and regular team discovery sessions

  • Work with online trading manager to ensure all site categories and navigation are in-line with the brand strategy and trading trends

  • Work with SEO team to brief and implement onsite category descriptions

  • Daily site auditing; suggesting improvements, checking for accuracy, making, and briefing amends where necessary

  • Support the online trading manager and junior trading manager in optimising onsite conversion via catalogue attribute management, merchandising, sorting rules, product recommendations and search optimisation


Photography Coordination



  • Support creative team in relationship with the studio with the goal of having product photography ready in time to meet planned product launch dates and delivered within budget.

  • Compile shoot lists for Ecommerce shoots and special launches based on expected intake and mark up sheets based on priorities.

  • Work with Buying team & Senior Brand Creative Manager to make sure samples are provided for shoots

  • Liaise with studio to ensure images are sent back named accurately and delivered on time.

  • Work with the Creative team to review photography creative and process and move this forward to improve.

  • Responsible for planning the shoot calendars related to special launches

  • Update the product tracker weekly with new lines, delivery schedule, shoot dates and model name.



Desired Skills and Experience:



  • Notable experience within an ecommerce retail environment

  • Strong grounding Excel with capability to upskill

  • Excellent organisational skills with a flexible approach and ability to multitask

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

  • Technically comfortable; can understand ecommerce systems and how they work together

  • Team player, sociable, remains calm under pressure and with a good sense of humour

  • Can do, will do attitude and a drive to achieve - always looking for improvements

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Process and data driven

  • Ability to analyse an interpret data and create actions based on findings

  • Commercially minded, understands what actions will have the biggest commercial impact
