EA/Office Manager

WOW FACTOR: A well-established global finance company in the heart of the city is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager on a 12-month maternity cover contract. A very work hard, play hard team, friendly and welcoming company culture. Remote working initially until returning to the office.

EA/Office Manager (12-month contract)



HOURS: 9:00am - 5:30pm

SALARY: £35,000 - £40,000 * Depending on experience

  • Providing executive support to 2 directors and wider administration team

  • Diary Management, meeting arrangement both internal and external

  • Heavy email management, prioritising between urgent and non-urgent

  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding staff alongside IT and HR team

  • Arranging meeting rooms, providing refreshments, drafting agendas and other materials.

  • Arranging courier services, incoming post and other correspondence

  • Organising business travel for members of London and international staff

  • Being the go-to for any IT issues an escalating the issue with higher management

  • General admin including, scanning filing.

  • Managing office stationery and supplies within the kitchen

  • Ad hoc management and admin support duties for team members and overall office.


  • Strong education, open to graduate or non-graduate - experience more important

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar EA/Office manager role with strong administrative skills

  • Ability to hold their own, not get overwhelmed with workload.

  • Excellent with IT skills - strong experience within MS word and IT software's

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Must be approachable, friendly and welcoming

  • Strong work ethic, co-operative and able to multi-task

  • Forward thinking, very organised, collaborative and able to use initiative.

  • Need to be able to understand sensitive information with discretion and trust

  • Able to work effectively and efficiently remotely

  • Will be the "go to" person within the office - must be self-motivated, caring and kind

  • Ideally experience with an office move or strong ability to co-ordinate and manage process from start to finish.
