JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant

COMPANY: Property Company

CONTRACT: Permanent


LOCATION: City of London

SALARY: £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience

  • Providing effective administrative, secretarial and personal support to the CEO/Founder

  • In agreement with the Chief Executive, take the lead role in representing the CEO at a corporate level (e.g. customer care, interdepartmental comms, etc.)

  • Research and collate information and take responsibility for preparing reports and briefing papers for presentation at Group, Corporate and Trustee level, as directed by the Chief Executive

  • Plan and organise face to face and virtual meetings or events including travel and venue arrangements including any office social events

  • Plan and organise out of office meetings at restaurants, hotels, and on site at properties including transportation arrangements

  • Personal Assistance tasks including booking flights, holidays, and running errands on behalf of the CEO

  • General administration for the CEO including managing correspondence and acting with discretion with inbox management and documentation

  • Office management tasks including ordering stationary, food, water and manage office supply budget

  • Manage any contractors or maintenance as it pertains to the office

  • Project work as it pertains to supporting the CEO and the general running of the office

  • HR tasks - ensuring all HR administration is looked after for the staff including new starter documentation, on-boarding, annual leave, etc.

  • Undertake any other duties commensurate with the post and adhere to all policies and procedures


  • Solid level of experience working in an entrepreneurial EA/PA role supporting a Senior Exec

  • Proficient to advanced level in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

  • Ability to develop effective and supportive relationships with colleagues

  • Experience in organising own and others time effectively, creating work schedules, prioritising workload and meeting deadlines including organising events and meetings, managing complex diaries and co-ordinating activities

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, adapting style to suit the audience

  • Must be prepared to travel and attend meetings and training as required

  • Strong integrity and confidentiality

  • Personable to all levels of seniority, and willingly offer support to peers and colleagues

  • Strong business acumen and team focused approach
