A rare and exclusive opportunity to support a successful Entrepreneur with a range of projects, businesses and political connections. The CEO travels frequently and works across global jurisdictions. You will be responsible for all EA duties in support of the CEO. This will include extensive diary management, scheduling of appointments and meetings, strong travel management and support, as well as maintaining strong third-party relationships. The ideal candidate would have experience as an EA and will have successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously. The right candidate will be exceptionally intelligent, adaptable in their communication style and extremely tenacious. This role in nature is a true extension of the CEO and would suit someone who appreciates the meaning of true 1-1 support. This will be a collaborative partnership, where your opinions and ideas will be valued and your responsibilities will grow continuously.


Due to the nature of the work and business connections absolute discretion is required at all times. Candidates will need to be educated to degree level* as a minimum and previous exposure to HNWI would be advantageous. The role is completely remote currently, some flexibility around hours with a willingness to travel occasionally may be required although global counterparts are in situ.



Salary guideline: offering upwards of £70,000 per annum, salary expectations will be reviewed on an individual basis with an open approach


Start date: ASAP for the right candidate, notice periods will absolutely be considered

Key role responsibilities will include:



  • Act as the liaison and communication arm between CEO and other executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and ensuring involvement or decision-making at the appropriate time

  • Manage and maintain schedules and appointments, alongside booking business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and accommodation

  • Produce and type up documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations using up-to-date and creative formatting and presentation techniques

  • Participate with the CEO and senior management team in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making

  • Help drive and implement important, cross-functional projects for the organisation; lead or co-lead strategic projects on behalf of the CEO and the executive team

  • Where appropriate, approve decisions, requests, expenditure and recommendations

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels and maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments

  • Manage emails and deal with non-critical issues before they are escalated

  • Co-ordinate and effectively manage events
