Are you an experienced EA/PA looking for an exciting opportunity in the heart of Mayfair?


Our client, a prestigious Energy firm, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an EA. You will join their new London based Mayfair office which was set up 3 weeks ago.


You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of their London office and administrative functions.


This is a temp to perm position, offering a competitive hourly rate ranging from £25.00 to £30. 00 per hour.

Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organising meetings, and maintaining records.

  • Organising international travel for the CFO and other board members

  • Provide personalised EA support to the CFO, anticipating his needs and ensuring their requirements are met.

  • Manage invoicing processes and resolving any billing issues.

  • Liaise with other EA's based in Switzerland

  • Help organise Board meetings

  • Provide general support to the team as needed, including assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks.

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, utilising your organisational and problem-solving skills.

  • Organise London based events and functions

  • Maintain utmost confidentiality and privacy when handling sensitive information.

  • Act as a liaison between the organisation and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.


Requirements:



  • Strong academic background

  • Previous experience in a similar role - 5-7 years' experience

  • You must be self-motivated, actively engaged and happy to work solely in the office

  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Discretion and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
