Job Title: EA to Chairman

Salary: £20 - 25 p/h (equivalent - £26,000 - 32,000)

Location: Liverpool Street

Hours: 25 hours per week

Contract: 4 - 6 weeks duration
Start date: ASAP

Could this be your next career move?

  • To manage the diary of and correspondence for Executive Chairman, including drafting and sending company wide communications on his behalf

  • To provide support to senior members of the team, with various administration, diary management, drawing up agendas and sectorial matters

  • To support and act on behalf of the Executive Chair in all matters

  • To ensure the smooth running of our London office, including hot desking, ensuring the phone is answered and booking of meeting rooms with clients and employees

  • Keeping on top of facilities and ensuring office is maintained to the highest standard

  • Ordering stationary and stock for the office and members of staff, as requested

  • Liaising with other offices and ensuring they are also running smoothly

  • Keeping up to date on various projects as and when needed, and keeping staff members in check

Is this you?

  • Strong experience as previously working as an EA and PA

  • Experience in a senior administrative role, providing support to executive level staff and board members

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle several tasks and timelines under pressure

  • Able to work independently, as well as part of a team

  • Positive, passionate, and forward-thinking personality

  • Able to plan and implement projects, plans and initiatives

  • Strong attention to detail, empathetic, perseverance and integrity

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and a very quick learner

  • Excellent written English and verbal communication skills
