JOB TYPE: Permanent, Full Time
HOURS: 12.30 - 21.30.
SALARY: £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
LOCATION: Bank Tube Station


  • Effective calendar management, including the organising and scheduling of meetings.

  • Scheduling across multiple time zones for candidate interviews, client meetings, update calls and reference calls. (phone calls, face to face meetings and video conferences, as appropriate) Manage the diary to reflect assignment priorities of Consultants and internal meetings

  • Manage day-to-day communications as the main point of contact with clients, candidates and key contacts to enhance the relationships and ensure the effective management of client work.

  • Database administration in Invenias - ensure that the assignment / client / candidate workflow processes are correctly logged and all actions including notes, emails and appointments are recorded accurately, together with the capture of any relevant documents.

  • Ensure that all documents needed for candidate and client meetings are produced on time for the Consultants for appropriate meetings and discussions

  • Provide project management assistance

  • Liaise with Accounts Department to ensure timely issuing of client invoices, in line with client agreements

  • Maintain confidentiality and use a high degree of discretion.

  • Use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Invenias and Workday.


  • Excellent written and communication skills
