JOB TITLE: E-Learning Content Administrator - Immediate Start


LOCATION: Crawley


HOURS: 37.5 Hours


SHIFT: 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday


SALARY: £13 - £15 per hour (Dependant on experience)


DURATION: 3 Months


Role Responsibility:



  • Updating & amending the existing e-learning content to reflect company changes

  • Evaluation of the existing learning materials and convert into online courses (with support)

  • Convert technical and non-technical training material

  • Creation of engaging and interactive resources to meet the needs of learners

  • User testing of the system

  • Ensuring all branding featured are in line with current business process

  • General administration regarding e-learning users, courses and company structures


The Ideal Candidate:



  • Previous experience in office administration essential

  • Proficiency in Adobe Captivate essential

  • Total proficiency with Microsoft programmes

  • Keen eye for detail, punctual and organise

  • Professional telephone manner and communication skills

  • High level organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to work as both a team member and in a stand-alone position

  • Strong initiative and proactive working manner

  • Able to manage complex processes using initiative and taking responsibility

  • Previous experience of managing online content such as administering an e-learning platform or similar application i.e. intranet site, website, blog etc.

  • Previous experience of creating basic reports
