E-Commerce Assistant / Customer Service Advisor

We are recruiting for an experienced E-Commerce Assistant / Customer Service Advisor to work in Leicester City Centre with parking working 8am - 4.30pm working as part of a small team with support of a Manager

As the E- Commerce / Customer Service Advisor your duties are listed below

Assisting with online orders via eBay, Amazon and own website

Replying to general customer queries via the various platforms

Setting up dispatch labels on Royal Mail system
Picking / packing / dispatching customer's goods
Ensuring goods are received, stored, issued & transhipped into & from the site safely & without damage
Collecting, packing, labelling, receiving, replenishing, sorting returns, collating, issuing & dispatch of material using any appropriate equipment (e.g. wrapping / labelling)
Checking quantities of goods held, received, moved or dispatched & carrying out necessary corrective & reporting procedures.
Carrying out such "housekeeping" duties as may be necessary to maintain a high standard of cleanliness & maximum operating efficiency

To be successful in the role of E-Commerce Assistant / Customer Service Advisor we need you to have excellent communication skills and be IT literate
