Job Details:



  • Dutch speaking Office Manager

  • £25,000 *Depending on experience and is prorata into an hourly rate

  • City of London

  • 9:00am - 5:30pm

  • 4 days in the office with 1 day working from home

  • 6-month temporary contract


Job Spec:



  • Managing the overall London office for general day to day, operations, HR, and Senior management support

  • Diary, travel and meeting arrangement

  • Assisting with strategic projects, documentation, and presentations

  • Maintaining and implementing office policies, procedures H&S etc.

  • Establish and implement office compliance

  • Meeting, conference, and event planning

  • Undertaking all key duties that need to be carried out on a Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis

  • Inbox management to any queries or complaints that come through

  • Overseeing the onboarding of new students that arrive each month from The Netherlands


Requirements:



  • Must speak Fluent Dutch, both conversational & written

  • Strong level of education

  • 1-2 + years' experience in similar roles or have strong office experience and looking for the next step up

  • Background in administration, operations, and office management

  • Confident, personable
