Dutch Speaking Customer Service

Role: Immediately Available Dutch Speaking Customer Advisor - You Must Speak Dutch for this role and have RTW in the UK


We have partnered with a great brand who are seeking fluent Dutch speaking candidates to support them for 4 months with their Dutch Market in their Customer Care team. To be successful in this role you should be fluent in Dutch and English, have an understanding of the Dutch Market and above all - like animals!


Full training will be given on both the role and their product, but you should have exceptional customer service experience in your previous roles.


JOB TYPE: Temporary - Available Immediately - You must be available immediately if you apply for this role


HOURS: 09.00am - 6.00pm


SALARY: £12 per hour


LOCATION: London - This role is based in the client's office in White City

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES


� Understanding of Dutch Market


� Customer service experience


� Answering calls, responding to emails and liaising with clients on live chat


� Invoicing and billing processes

� Fluent in Dutch and English

� LOVES Animals - Specifically Dogs
