Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Due Diligence Support to join our dynamic team. As Due Diligence Support, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in conducting due diligence assessments for potential investment opportunities, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions. Your role will involve collecting, analysing, and presenting relevant information to enable informed decision-making by senior management.

WORKING WEEK - Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

LOCATION - Westminster


SALARY: £14 Per Hour



Responsibilities:



  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence assessments on potential investment opportunities, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions.

  • Gather and analyse data from various sources, including financial statements, market research, legal documents, and industry reports, to evaluate the viability and risks associated with potential ventures.

  • Perform in-depth research and analysis to assess market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry benchmarks to support due diligence efforts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to obtain and validate information required for due diligence activities.

  • Create detailed reports and presentations summarising findings, risks, and recommendations for senior management's review and decision-making.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to due diligence activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

  • Monitor and track progress of ongoing due diligence projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication of updates to stakeholders.

  • Stay informed about industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging trends relevant to due diligence processes and incorporate them into the organisation's approach.



Qualifications:



  • Excellent research and analytical abilities, including the capacity to gather and synthesizer complex information from multiple sources.

  • Proficient in using financial analysis tools, databases, and research platforms.

  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to due diligence activities.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify potential risks and red flags during due diligence investigations
