Office Angels are recruiting document archive clerks to assist with a large administration/data entry role in Dundee on a temporary basis.

The ideal candidates will be required to file, archive and retrieve all project records using the electronic data management systems.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

* Scan, file, and enter required document information in accordance with document management controls, standards, processes and procedures to ensure documents can be retrieved efficiently

* Ensure that all data and information is correct, complete, and up-to-date.

* Retrieve project records and files from the archives and input required information into excel promptly and accurately whilst taking care to keep certain information confidential

* Processing document control e-mail inbox requests and tasks within agreed timescales.

The desired candidates must be confident with Microsoft package system especially Excel.
