Our fantastic client - a global leader within the construction industry - are looking for their next Document Controller to join their amazing administration team.

JOB TITLE: Document Controller


JOB TYPE: Full time, Permanent


COMPANY TYPE: Construction


SALARY: £32,000-£35,000

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm


LOCATION: London, Clapham (Initial training in Barking)

Responsibilities/Duties




  • To act as a first point of contact, dealing with email and phone correspondence

  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence for clients, weekly reports and monthly board meetings

  • Prepare and upload drawings / documents

  • To manage the relevant databases and filing systems

  • To liaise with staff, suppliers and clients as required to provide progress updates on project status & key actions

  • To ensure all documents and process are compliant

  • Attend face to face site meetings with clients

  • Diary management

  • Process and prepare invoices



Skills and Experience



  • Minimum 1 years' previous Document Control experience within construction

  • Ideally knowledge of Cemar & Asite

  • Strong IT skills

  • Confidence to work in a busy and varied role
