COMPANY: Construction

CONTRACT: Permanent

HOURS: 8.30 a.m. to 5.00pm


SALARY: £35,000-£45,000 pa

LOCATION: Shoreditch- hybrid working style!

Our client is a family run construction organisation that has been running for over 100 years! They support and specialise in Education, Housing, Healthcare, Heritage and Sport & Leisure sectors.

They are looking for a very eager and super hard-working individual to join the team. You will LOVE no day being the same and the autonomy to grown and develop your role!



  • Manage and maintain the current financial information and reporting systems

  • Prepare and present analysis and reports as and when required

  • Responsible for managing, storing, auditing and distributing drawing and documents, whilst also ensuring their accuracy, quality and integrity

  • Working closely with the Project Leaders and Pre-Construction to effectively manage drawings and document using PlanGrid, Egnyte, in house servers and any other 3rd party systems,

  • Uploading drawings, maintaining registers, and auditing.

  • Help with the management and implementation of centralised business projects and policies in line with the aims of the company

  • Responsible for efficiently archiving maintenance documentation

  • Using Viewpoint software


  • Excellent numeracy and analytical skills

  • 4 years + experience in Document Control

  • Ability to be proactive and provide solutions

  • Hard working and well-presented

  • Able to work as part of a team

  • Time management, communication, and organisation skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines

  • Experience in construction or project related company

  • Experience using ViewPoint
