COMPANY: Construction

HOURS: 08.00am - 17.00pm

START: ASAP - Willing to wait notice period

SALARY: £30,000-£35,000 per annum

A bit about the company & role:

Our client is seeking an outstanding Document Controller! They are looking for a professional individual who is passionate about embarking on a career in which their contributions are respected and valued.

  • Setting up site files and uploading all current information on to Procore

  • Issuing the CW Project Directory to the professional team

  • Assisting in the site set-up preparations and attending any pre-start meetings as required

  • Obtaining hard copy drawings as requested by the delivery team

  • Supporting with general administration tasks as and when required

  • Providing initial/ongoing Procore training to new starters and member of the client's professional realm

  • Preparing and issuing progress reports, using standard formats, in a timely and presentable manner

  • Ensuring all on-site hard copy drawings are current and up to date and in line with information contained within Procore

  • Attending various team meeting, subs meetings, and progress meetings as and when required as directed by the Contracts Manager

  • On project completion, working with the team to close down the project, including archiving any project documents and any other outstanding issues that the team may require support with


  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience within document control.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Packages

  • Knowledge of PROCORE is preferred

  • A proactive individual with excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail

  • The ability to maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values

  • Strong inter-personal skills, ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees

  • To build trust, value others, drive execution and foster innovation

  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments

  • The ability to prioritise and work accurately under pressure to tight deadlines
