Job Title: Document Controller - Temporary Contract (12 months)


£14.00 - £15.00 phr - Full Time - Office Based


Are you ready to take on an exciting new challenge as a Document Controller? If you have a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills, we want to hear from you! Join our client's team based near Hoo, Medway for a 12-month temporary contract, where you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient document control processes.


Responsibilities:



  • Effectively manage and control all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards

  • Organise and maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely document submission and approval

  • Perform quality checks on documents for errors, consistency, and formatting

  • Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures

  • Coordinate with internal teams to retrieve and archive documents as required

  • Provide administrative support to the project team as needed


Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and document management systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines

  • Good understanding of document control processes and procedures
