Office Angels are so excited to be recruiting for a highly reputable and well-established company in Maidstone, committed to delivering exceptional service in their industry. We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Dispatcher.



Job Title: Dispatcher


Location: Maidstone


Salary: Up to £26k


Hours: Monday-Friday - between the hour 7am-5pm (37.5 hours per week)

The role:



The role will effectively support the day-to-day operations at the Depot through successful allocation of vehicles to ensure best in class service delivery.



As the Dispatcher your key responsibilities would be:




  • Efficiently coordinate and dispatch tasks to field personnel

  • Utilise advanced IT skills, particularly in Excel, to manage schedules and assignments

  • Monitor and prioritise incoming requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle unforeseen challenges with composure

  • Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities for reporting purposes



We'd love to speak to candidates with the following skills:




  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Effective communication skills to liaise with field personnel and internal teams

  • Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills

  • Previous experience in a dispatch or coordination role is advantageous
