JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing Executive

HOURS: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

START: ASAP - notice period allowing

SALARY: £24,000-£28,000 per annum* Depending on experience

LOCATION: Bradford BD1 - Free onsite parking

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager. You will need to be able to work autonomously and deliver strong and engaging content. You will have the opportunity to really make the role your own and have your voice heard across all our internal and external channels.

Brand exposure and lead generation is a priority so you will need to be creative, want to think outside the box and understand how content can make a brand stand out from the crowd.

  • Create quarterly marketing plans, working across multiple online and offline channels including blogs, email, PPC, case studies, direct mail, events, social media, PR and more.

  • Raising brand profile to get maximum exposure.

  • Support retention strategy by creating communications and content for current customers.

  • Work closely with sales team to gather feedback including campaigns, sales stages, and lead quality.

  • Create tailored marketing campaigns and journeys for specific audience segments.

  • Support the Marketing Manager to deliver key strategic plans.

  • Conduct market research through customer questionnaires and sales loss analysis.

  • Prepare monthly campaign reports for the management team.

  • Work closely with divisions to understand upcoming changes, feedback, and case studies.

  • Work with advocates and customers to support our campaigns and content, creating engaging stories and case studies.

  • Stay up to date on the market with a strong understanding of how to turn news stories into opportunities.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role in a B2B environment

  • An understanding of digital marketing channels is a must

  • A proven track record of delivering successful campaign activity

  • Strong communication and writing skills

  • Experience overseeing and managing multiple projects and campaigns at any one time

  • Experience briefing and working closely with external agencies

  • A quick learner and organiser with attention to detail and an aptitude for creating thinking
