Job role: Digital Administrator

Hourly Rate: £15.38 - 17.95 per hour

Job Type: Temporary

Location: Remote

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

Start Date: ASAP

Do you have SharePoint, OneDrive and overall strong administration experience? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Are you a strong communicator and determined to get tasks done? Then this role could be perfect for you, working as a Digital Administrator for a global software development organisation you will oversee and support a team of 15 people to ensure that all staff members have their relevant, confidential documentation organised and uploaded to SharePoint and OneDrive efficiently.

The main role and responsibilities will include, but no limited to;

  • Assist and support staff to organise and prioritise documentation

  • Set up folders using SharePoint and OneDrive

  • Work to tight deadlines

  • Ability to support a team

  • Logically structure and organise files

  • Ensure that the relevant staff have access to sensitive documentation, folders and files

  • Strong business knowledge such as, legal documentation

  • Use of Teams to organise training and meetings with staff members

  • Report to senior colleagues

Key Skills and experience required:

  • Understand how to use folder structures in a logical manner

  • Attention to detail

  • Good communication via telephone, email and Teams

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Drive and have you own form of transport
