Role: Despatch Coordinator - Home Furnishing/Interior Product!


Location: Bingley


Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm with a 45mins lunch) Friday 9:00am -3.15pm - Nice early finish!


Salary: up to £20,000 per annum


Start date: ASAP

We are looking for someone who will thrive within a customer-oriented role within a Warehouse/Despatch environment! Customer Orientation is at the heart of this company, you will develop trusted relationships and provide outstanding service.



What will you be doing as a Despatch Coordinator?



  • Sales order entry and EDI downloads/updating

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all goods despatch paperwork and labels.

  • Collate and maintain scanned proof of deliveries and proof of loading for all dispatches

  • Send Proof of Delivery documents as and when requested by customers

  • Update weekly transport sheets

  • Producing daily manifests

  • Expediting internal processes to ensure all consignment products are available for timely despatch

  • Coordinating deliveries with third part hauliers

  • Liaising with customers Distribution Centres and stores



Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:



  • Previous experience in Warehouse Administration, Logistics or Despatch roles

  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to develop relationships across all levels

  • IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

  • Customer focused and results oriented

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where it is imperative that deadlines are met



The location would suit applicants who live in Bingley, Shipley, Keighley, Skipton, Bradford, Guiseley, Otley, Menston or Leeds.
