  • 5 hours a week within core business hours (Mon - Fri 8am - 6pm, Saturday shift on a rota basis)

An AMAZING opportunity has arisen to join our client as a Deputy Customer Service Manager on a permanent basis. Our client operates within the professional services sector have a great reputation within their field, you will certainly have heard of them!!


The Role



  • Day to Day management of the Customer Service Department.

  • Ensure all department members meet performance targets.

  • Training and development of all staff within the department

  • Liaise with other Department Heads and Directors in the absence of the Customer Service Manager to ensure clear communication between Departments.

  • Prepare reports to manage customer service standards and team performance.

  • To work collectively with senior management within the Customer Service Department.

  • Any ad hoc or additional duties as deemed fit and appropriate by the Management Team for this post and the associated level of responsibility attached to it.


The Ideal Candidate



  • Educated to at least GCSE level

  • 2 years in a management role

  • Experience in working towards targets

  • Time management and organisation skills

  • Confidential and discreet

  • Ability to assist with implementing change with a flexible approach

  • Demonstrate effective communication and good interpersonal skills

  • IT literate

  • Ability to develop and motivate self and others
