Our amazing client are searching for a DBS Administrator to join their prestigious and high profile clinic based within the City of London. To be successful for this opportunity you will need to be personable, professional and enthusiastic with outstanding communication skills enabling you to liaise with high profile clientele to maintain a high standard within the clinic. No two days are the same within this role and you will be required to adapt quickly to support the team ensuring the working day runs seamlessly.

Hours: 8:00am-5:30pm
Start Date: ASAP - Must be available start of January!
Duration: Ongoing - with the potential for the right candidate to go perm

Brief Overview of Responsibilities:
- Liaising and maintaining relationships with clients via telephone, email and post
- Answering all incoming telephone calls with a professional manner
- Being first point of contact for all deliveries
- Supporting with all administration tasks and ad-hoc duties
- Ordering stationary for the office as and when required
- Draft, format and print all relevant documents
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
- Proactive and forward thinking attitude
- Must have a valid DBS
- Experience within a similar role with proficient use of all MS systems
- Flexible to support with all ad-hoc duties and administration tasks
- Availability to start a new role immediately
- Must be organised with the ability to prioritise your own workload
- Experience within a similar role would be ideal
- Willingness to go above and beyond what is expected
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to meet and greet clients confidently
