JOB ROLE: Data Entry Specialist - SALESFORCE EXPERIENCE

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:



  • Must be able to work with all levels of the organisation and have the ability to shift focus when required.

  • Complete various tasks upon requests of other members of the organisation.

  • Investigate and follow through on discrepancies or missing information.

  • Responsible for the accuracy and clarity of all documents.

  • Other duties as assigned.


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Be comfortable taking direction and with follow up on timeliness, quality and accountability for result

  • Experience related to hospitality and/or event management industry

  • Proven track record of effective project management

  • Must be able to travel freely around Europe

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent business experience

  • Strong computer skills, ideally with experience using Salesforce or other CRM type software, Excel and Outreach

  • Work with a sense of urgency for goal achievement

  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • 1+ years' experience in data entry

  • Have a results focus in all you do

  • Be detail oriented including in repetitive environments

  • Have a problem solving orientation
