About the Role:


As a Data Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and play a pivotal role in managing the EPOS work queues and implementing improvements to systems used within our client's sites. Working closely with various departments, including Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Delivery, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisation.




  • Borough (SE1)

  • Start June 2024, this role will be ongoing

  • 9am - 5:30pm, full time

  • Hybrid working offered

  • £15ph



Key Responsibilities:



  • Pick up and action requests from different departments of the business within predefined timelines

  • Assist the Manager with IT tasks and support transition activities

  • Attend weekly calls with key stakeholders to gather requirements for future promotions, and discount activities

  • Help facilitate project work assigned to the team



About You:



  • Excellent understanding of operational processes with the ability to prioritise effectively

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and diligently

  • Ability to work independently, both remotely and in the office
