Office Angels currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Support Specialist, to join our client who are based in Sunderland, on a permanent contract basis.

  • Location: Wessington Way, Sunderland.

  • Driver with access to own vehicle is highly beneficial - free on-site parking, close to Wessington Way transport links

  • Perks: Basic salary + weekly performance related bonus, OTE £20k - £21K (inclusive of basic salary)

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8.45am - 5.00pm Mon - Friday


Based within a busy Admin team, this position will suit a people person, who is extremely customer focused, has strong communication skills and good general administration skills. You will be responsible for managing the customer support function of the business, in order to upkeep and promote the excellent standard of service this company provides. This is a great opportunity to really make this role your own!


Full training will of course be offered to the successful candidate.


You will be responsible for:



  • High standard customer service via telephone and email

  • Dealing with queries from customers, providing information and support in order to solve any issues

  • Providng a tailored aftercare service to customers

  • Obtaining customer satisfaction feedback via telephone and email

  • Liaising with surveyors, internal departments and field sales teams

  • Logging all customer information on internal system

  • Following escalation process if and when required

  • Any other office based admin tasks
