International, innovative and successful provider of educational software is looking to recruit a bright, switched-on and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join their team.



Working with over 5000 schools across the UK this role will work within a small department and focus on servicing and supporting our customers by answering queries and solving technical issues.


Key duties:



  • Respond to inbound telephone calls from customers, answering the phone within allocated timeframe
    * Connect with customers via telephone and email
    * Advise and respond to customers via online chat
    * Resolve customer queries, explaining clearly and precisely best practice
    * Record all contacts in the CRM system, including any data cleansing when appropriate
    * Collaborate closely with US technical teams in the US to resolve technical issues


About you:



  • A confident telephone manner and solid interpersonal skills (particularly verbal) and be able to communicate with confidence at all levels of business

  • Experience responding in customer service calls

  • CRM Experince

  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers over the phone

  • Have a self-disciplined approach and strong motivation to succeed
