JOB TITLE: Customer Support Coordinator
JOB TYPE: Permanent
SALARY: £21,000 - £23,000
HOURS: 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
LOCATION: Gillingham

DUTIES:
- Answering client calls and transferring calls to relevant team members
- To provide a high level of customer service to your own portfolio of clients
- Undertake general administration duties relevant to your position including data entry and responding to emails and telephone calls
- Respond to client email inquiries and try to resolve any complaints
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is obtained and processed
- Always be professional and customer-centric
- To learn the roles within and be prepared to provide assistance to the Support Team

- Experience working in an office setting ideally within an administrative role
