JOB TITLE: Customer Support Consultant


LOCATION: Glastonbury, Somerset (Hybrid working)


HOURS: 37.5 hours per week on a shift rota. (Some nights are required - working from home) Mixture of hybrid working.


SALARY: £19K - £24K PA DOE & Bonus

THE ROLE: An enthusiastic and dynamic Customer Support Consultant required to join a successful Support team in delivering excellence to customers.


This role will include rotational shifts which are 8am - 4:30pm, 9:30am - 6pm, 3am - 11am International Shift (After 3 months' probation). The international shift will come with a shift premium which will enhance your pay.


KEY DUTIES:



  • As part of a busy support team, you will engage in both inbound and outbound communication with customers, providing them with support and assistance on products.

  • Through developing a deep understanding of products, you will help diagnose, investigate, and resolve customer issues.

  • Through regular communication, you will develop a trusting relationship with customers, allowing you to not only resolve issues but provide advice on how they can get the best out of products through functionality and best practice.

  • By collaborating with the team and other departments to promote the sharing of knowledge and information, you can make sure the customer gets the best possible experience.

  • Working alongside the Customer Account Managers, you will use your direct communications with businesses to keep customer and personal records up to date.

  • By meeting individual and team targets, you can contribute to the department's and ultimately the company's, continued success.


THE CANDIDATE:



  • Prior experience in a call centre or similar customer support position.

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.

  • Knowledge and understanding of web browsers and reporting tools.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • An ability and willingness to absorb mew aspects of technology.
