Customer Support Co-ordinator

**Customer Support Co-ordinator Required**

We are looking to recruit a Customer Support Co-ordinator for a busy expanding company 10 miles outside of the Cambridge City centre.

This is a temporary role initially with the possibility of it becoming a permanent role for the right person.

Salary is £25-28k

To start ASAP

About the role:

You will be working with the sales team and customers, acknowledging new orders, as they arrive. Goods then need to be dispatched and you will liaise with the warehouse to pack consignments and arrange the logistics so that the goods arrive on time. Excellent customer service is expected at all times, you will need to be good at relationship building as their customers will reply on you.

Do you have experience is the following:

  • Loading new sales onto Sage 50

  • Dispatching orders and call offs

  • Booking transport UK pallet line, full lorries and international deliveries.

  • Email invoices daily, and statements monthly

  • Checking and loading purchase invoices onto Sage 50

About you:

  • Organised, accurate

  • Ability to work well on your own and in a team

  • Good communicator - spoken and written word

  • Calm under pressure, and resilient

  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Sage 50

  • Approachable, sociable and a reliable team player

  • Outgoing personality
