I have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Customer Support candidate to join a growing simulations training company.



The successful person will have previous experience within Customer Service and have an interest or knowledge of technology.



Duties of the role:



  • Handle Support-inquiries from English and international clients via email and the phone

  • Become an expert on the product to ensure excellent support to your clients

  • Identify and problem solve root causes

  • Train customers in the products

  • Write user manuals and guides

  • Support project manager and sales teams with customer related activities

  • Communicate effectively with international customer support team



Requirements:



  • Excellent Customer Service skills

  • Tech support experience or a genuine interest in tech products and a solid understanding of technology

  • Quick learner

  • Problem solving experience

  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

  • Solution orientated

  • Happy to work weekends if needed
