Customer Support (Bi-Lingual) Dutch or French


This is an amazing opportunity for an individual who can speak Dutch ideally, or French and possesses excellent customer communication skills


The position will be working remotely but attending 2 days a month on site for meetings


You must have an excellent telephone manner, a positive attitude and be someone who fits in well with a busy team


The role involves


* Liaising with supplier Hubs
* Assisting in claims when damaged parts are delivered
* Parts Technical identification queries
* Tracking undelivered/back ordered parts
* Other customer support queries
* Order Processing
* Inbound / outbound call activities
* Brand awareness calls
* IT Skills - ideally you will have experience in SAP, Excel and Outlook
