Salary: £21,000-£23,000

Job Type: Permanent

Hours of work: 09:00-17:00 plus one Saturday in four

Location: Coventry (CV6)

Do you have experience scheduling Engineers or logistics planning? Are you used to working to tight SLA's? Do you have excellent customer service skills? Are you looking to work in a small and friendly team? We currently seek to recruit a Customer Support Assistant for a successful business based in Coventry (CV6).

The key responsibilities of a Customer Support Assistant:

  • Handling a large volume of calls within a set SLA time.

  • Booking service calls.

  • Allocating calls to engineers.

  • Scheduler management.

  • Managing your own team of engineers.

  • Emailing/dealing with emails - extremely high volume.

  • Customer orders by phone and email.

  • Sales invoicing.

  • Updating spreadsheets.

The successful of the Customer Support Assistant will posses the following skills:

  • Previous experience of scheduling engineer/logistics calls.

  • Good geographical knowledge would be an asset.

  • Well organised with a high level of accuracy and able to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent organisational/time management skills and can work well under pressure, with the ability to prioritise and work independently to complete tasks.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Word)

  • Good phone manner at all levels.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
