Office Angels are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Support Assistant's, to join our client who is based close to good transport links in Chester le Street. The company are a vibrant, world-class and innovative organisation and are the UK's market leader in their field!

This is a temporary position to start ASAP for approximately 2-3 months. The company are going through an exciting time of growth, while also entering their busiest period of the year, which is why they are looking to appoint a number of temporary associates to support them during this period. This is a great opportunity to undertake a full-time role which will see you through the festive period, however the role could continue on a longer-term/permanent basis in 2022 for the right candidate.

If successful, you'll be joining a friendly, focused, supportive, and professional team. This is a temporary position where the successful candidates will become part of the success of a company that is making a real difference to the UK right now.

  • Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 5PM

  • Salary: £22,000

  • Immediate start!

  • 2-3 Month contract, however could continue longer/on a permanent basis thereafter for the right person

  • Location: Chester le Street

  • Free on-site parking!

As an Inbound Customer Support Administrator, you'll help to deliver a high-quality service to customers and ensure orders are processed in line with delivery schedules. Main duties will include:

  • Dealing with inbound Customer Service calls from customer's who are calling to place orders

  • Responding to customers via email and live chat

  • Dealing with delivery queries

  • Resolving customer issues and escalating to relevant team

  • Sales order processing

  • General Administration tasks; updating internal system

You will need:

- Proven experience in customer-focused role - preferred
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Some experience of IT systems
- Good telephone and communication abilities
- The ability to understand and follow set processes
