JOB TITLE: Customer Support Advisor


LOCATION: Bridgwater, Somerset.


SALARY: Circa £23K PA


HOURS: Permanent, full time Monday to Friday.

KEY DUTIES:



  • Be the point of contact for customers requiring assistance via telephone, email and customer portal.

  • Accurate recording of details into the company IT system.

  • Ownership through to completion of queries including incidents and requests.

  • Ensuring customers are continually informed through regular communication.

  • Providing first-class levels of service meeting and exceeding contractual SLAs, KPIs and customer satisfaction.

  • Clear and concise communication and integration with all stakeholders.


THE PERSON:


The successful applicant will have prior experience in a telephone based customer service role, ideally in a helpdesk capacity. You will be comfortable making and receiving calls and assisting customers with queries. You will have a logical and troubleshooting mind-set with the ability to learn bespoke applications. This role would really suit a technically minded individual with a genuine desire to deliver high levels of customer service and work in a fun and friendly team.
