Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our client, who is based close to Wessington Way in Sunderland, on a temporary contract basis. This is a varied role involving administration and supporting the customer support department for a very well-established company.



  • Salary: £19,500

  • Location: Wessington Way

  • Free on-site parking

  • Hours of work: Part-time, 20 hours per week, flexibility can be offered for this position. Standard office hours are Monday - Thursday 8:30AM - 5PM, and Friday 8:30AM - 3:30PM


This role is a temporary contract for approximately 6 months, however, could continue longer thereafter for the right candidate. You must be comfortable with temporary work and available to start work immediately, or with a short 1 week notice period.


The purpose of the role:



  • To be responsible for the day to day management of all administration for the Customer Support department

  • Supporting the team answering the main office telephone, taking messages and diverting calls

  • To contribute to the smooth-running operation of the customer support team


Key duties:



  • Monitoring the general department email inbox, responding as appropriate

  • Responsible for the day to day management of the administration relating to all customer support team and customers

  • Updating internal system, inputting information and maintaining accuracy

  • Full administration duties; supporting a very busy department

  • Liaise with and provide feedback to other departments
