Key Details:

  • Location: Sunderland

  • Contract: Temporary, ongoing

  • Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30

  • Hourly Pay Rate: £11 per hour

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls and addressing general queries. Respond to customer inquiries promptly via email. Handle complaints and effectively resolve customer issues. Provide warm and friendly service to customers, including order processing. Contribute to general administration duties.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with recent usage experience. Confidence in using own initiative and making independent decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to offer effective solutions.
