Job Title: Customer Support & Admin Coordinator


Salary: £22,000 p/a


Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm


Location: This is a hybrid role, working partly in the office and partly from home



We're teaming up with an established Insurance & Risk Management organisation, based in Stevenage, who are looking to recruit a friendly, professional Administrative Coordinator to support their small and friendly team.

Role Responsibility:



  • Supporting the team with servicing and renewal of nominated clients by responding to queries every day and obtain market quotations as needed.

  • Manage queries for particular client concerns in an efficient and timely manner.

  • Generate high quality renewal and new business reports to share with colleagues.

  • Develop professional, sustainable and robust relationships with all clients within your area of responsibility.

  • Build and maintain constructive working relationships with insurers and other relevant providers to ensure that clients' best interests are represented constantly.

  • Maintain central filing system for all relevant documentations and templates.



The Ideal Candidate:



  • Strong customer facing experience

  • Personable and friendly manner

  • Confident when liaising with stakeholders

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Ambitious attitude and a precise attention to deal

  • Able to prioritise own workload and complete tasks without supervision!

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
