Location: Coventry


Salary: £20200


Benefits: 27 days Holiday + 8 days Bank Holidays, Pension Scheme, Free Parking


Hours: 08:30-17:00 Monday to Thursday 08:30-16:00 Fridays


Duration: Permanent



Do you offer first class Customer Service? Do you have experience managing complaints? Do have experience with credit control? Do you have a keen eye for detail? Then this role might be for you, working as a Customer Support Accounts and Complaints Advisor you act as the first point of escalations for complaints and support with credit control.



The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:



  • Monitor customer returns and produce credit notes

  • Review debtor balances daily

  • Chase and collect payments from customers

  • Credit Control by phone, email and letter

  • Process all refund requests

  • First escalation point for all queries and complaints

  • Liaise with internal departments to quickly resolve customer disputes



Key Skills and Experience for the Customer Service Administrator:



  • Strong communicator with excellent telephone manner

  • Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Packages

  • Experience of complaint handling

  • Experience of credit control
