HOURS: 09.00am - 17.30pm


SALARY: £33,000 - £38,000

LOCATION: Remote, with some flexibility to travel into London

As Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for managing the day to day and strategic direction and account relationships of large, strategic clients across the United Kingdom and Ireland. The customer success function will be focused on working with clients to understand their needs, identifying & implementing services and ensuring the successful delivery execution as well as closing opportunities to maximise revenue potential.



DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:




  • Manage accounts by setting the direction and strategy to grow revenue in partnership with Enterprise Sales & Sales Leadership.

  • Be responsible for execution, delivery, and retention of contracts

  • Partner with the Sales team to grow and expand relationships within the account and make account strategy recommendations

  • Monitor monthly sales activity, give accurate revenue projections, and agree action planning

  • Ensure accounts are compliant to contracted terms with an active contract in place

  • Ensure quality of delivery and process management for all accounts under management

  • Conduct Quarterly and Annual Partner Reviews for the account with the Sales team to ensure contract value realisation

  • Strategic thinker who can effectively manage accounts to reach a common goal

  • Review quality and implement process improvement ideas

  • Effective relationship builder with client contacts to build client loyalty

  • Manage and drive communication cadence with clients and internal stakeholders

  • Highly effective, consultative, and strategic selling skills suited for all levels of an organisation

  • Team player who effectively leads and partners with direct account team members, project managers and shared services to deliver exceptional client service and maximise resources

  • Proven ability to maximise account value

  • Demonstrated creative thinking with the ability to find unique value for clients

  • Passionate about our business and mission of making a difference

  • Excellent follow through, ownership and project management skills
