My client is looking for a team player to join this small department that are responsible for dealing with their retail clients which range from small clients to larger national. You could also be speaking to an end users


This is a fast paced environment where you will utilise you skills. You must have excellent telephone and written communication skills have a proven background and have excellent computer skills - Excel essential, Sage 50 and Zendesk ideal!!


Your role will involve


Customer service


Sales Order Processing


Query resolution on the account


Dealing with product enquiries


Answering and resolving stock, price enquiries, dispatch queries


A wide range of administration


Hours of work monday to friday 37.5 hours


If you have a solid background have an interest and are available immediately the role is available now !
