Customer Services Representative


Our client is a global supplier and leading name in composite and structural engineering materials and are proud to boast over a decade of experience within the Aerospace, Motor Sport and Industrial markets. They are now looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team!

Duties include:

First point of customer contact.

Creating system quotations/follow ups

Processing Customer Sales Orders

Dealing with day-to-day customer enquiries

Completing progressing/backorder reports

Running and actioning forward order report

Conducting customer feedback surveys

Producing reports and Key Accounts analysis

Manage special pricing

Experience required:

Customer service

Sales order processing

Accurate keyboard skills

IT Literate

Administration skills

Telephone skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

The successful candidate needs to exhibit the following:

Customer focused

Friendly and enthusiastic telephone manner

Numerate and literate

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to work as part of a team

Proactive approach

Attention to detail

Organised and methodical

Location - Silverstone, Towcester

Hours - Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm

Salary - £21,500 - £26,000 per annum dependant on experience
