Customer Services Manager/Team Leader

Our client, who excel in what they do, are looking for a Team Leader/Manager to mentor, support and encourage their established customer services team of 6. This role will be critical to their business in taking it from strength to strength. They require someone that has experience at a similar level within a customer focused environment. This role will build on those skills and will allow you to really have an impact and make a difference.

You will need to be a strong communicator who will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction at the highest level. Dealing with sometimes complex queries and cases. You will need to be the go-to person for your team, managing performance, motivation, at times conflict and ensuring your team are working together harmoniously putting customers needs first.
