Office Angels have teamed up with a forward thinking, dynamic client who are in a bespoke energy industry, are looking to recruit a Customer Services Co-ordinator. This role is a busy role and you can work from home and in the office. You will join an established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing within this company and sector.


The day to day duties in your new job will be….



  • Processing orders and returns in an accurate and efficient manner

  • Answering telephone queries courteously and professionally

  • Maintaining excellent customer relations via the telephone & email

  • Informing customers by email or telephone of order information, such as unit process, delivery dates, price and any anticipated delays

  • Receiving and respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintaining up-to-date customer information such as contact details, past order history, product number and/or specification of items to be purchased

  • Have a sound level of product knowledge to advise customers

  • Effective time management, prioritising and multi-tasking to achieve KPIs/targets



  • Organise workload to meet the needs of the customers and team

  • Work closely with Account Managers and sales team to help manage customers and stockists in regions
