Office Angels have teamed up with a forward thinking, dynamic client who are in the financial services industry, are looking to recruit a Customer service Advisor This role is a busy role and you can work from home and in the office. You will join an established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing within this company and sector.


The day to day duties in your new job will be….










Consistently strive to hit service level agreements within the team by ensuring enough cover in the department at all times and daily workload is organised and prioritised so backlogs are kept to a minimum


Comprehensive management of life-cycle of finance agreements and ensuring that daily administration and ad-hoc tasks are completed according to approved business procedures and provide high rate of error-free audits


Ensuring Customer Service is a priority at all times by responding to all customer correspondence (either telephone or other means) in a timely, friendly and efficient.


Liaising with Sales Managers and other internal departments to ensure that the customer is presented with a consistent response.


Providing general administrative support for the data held on the mainframe system, log and distribute Customer Service e-mails, faxes and post.


Ensuring that all original documentation is correct and carepacks for new agreements are sent in an accurate and timely manner
