Customer Services Administrator

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Administrator for our client based in Wokingham.


Role: Customer Services Administrator


Location: Wokingham


Salary: £20k-£23k


To assist the Office Manager, and the Company, in ensuring that all administration tasks are carried out accurately and efficiently in order to meet the aims and objectives of the Company.


Duties include but are not limited to:




  • Process incoming orders

  • Raise quotes and provide them to the customer

  • Process quote approvals

  • Correctly raise dispatch paperwork

  • Raise weekly reports in accordance with the customer's requirements

  • Process incoming queries and meet customer expectations

  • Ensure that all TAT reports are processed on a monthly basis, in accordance with quality requirements

  • Ad-hoc office duties

  • Assist with other administration tasks as required



The ideal candidate:




  • 1-2 years' experience working in an administration based role

  • Microsoft Office skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Capability to prioritise and manage own workload

  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills

  • Self-motivated

  • Eager to learn new skills

  • Ability to use own initiative

  • Ability to work to and follow procedures
