Customer Service/Administrator - AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY

Contract: Potential temp to perm

Pay: £25,000 PA

They are looking for an individual to join their team in Wimbledon to support the Fleet team in providing an efficient, consistent and customer focused support service to the business. The role is initially on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent. The role requires the individual to ideally have a full UK Driving Licence.

Major duties and responsibilities include:

�Deal with Fleet helpdesk calls/emails efficiently and professionally within the agreed service levels. Find an appropriate solution to the issues raised, when required liaise with the relevant support staff.

�Handle overspill calls for facilities and reception switchboards.

�To provide admin support to the Fleet department

�Organise and manage the ordering and issuing of parking permits and liaise with relevant councils/parking companies when required.

�To support drivers and the Fleet department with logistics and car movements

�Organise and manage the issuing of staff PCNs and liaise with relevant issuing authorities when required.

�To allocate cars and carry out inspections

�Collate and reconcile invoices from third party suppliers and pass to the authorised signatory for approval in line with the accounts monthly payment schedule.

�Collating and issuing fleet data to within the company and externally

�Provide general and ad-hoc office administrative support across the department as required.

Person specification:

�Must have a full valid UK Driving Licence

�Organised, manages routine processes well, efficient and meets deadlines.

�Strong attention to detail and pays particular attention to accuracy by routinely checking own work.

�Multitasks effectively and is able to deal with and adapt to constantly changing priorities in a calm, efficient and professional manner.

�Has a track record of delivering success in a similar sized company/team and in a similar fast paced internal customer-facing role, ideally in a helpdesk environment.

�Numerate and has experience of collating data and preparing MI for a management audience.

�Experience of dealing with internal customers and third party service providers particularly on the phone and is able to communicate effectively, concisely and clearly.

�Computer literate. Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Has experience of using a relevant Facilities Management IT system.

Week one

Mon-thurs - 8.30-5

Friday - 8.30-4.30

Week two

Mon-thurs - 9-5.30

Fri - 9-5

Then it alternates going forward.
