JOB TITLE: Customer Service

LOCATION: Watford - Croxley Business Park

CO. TYPE: Manufacturing

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am -5pm

We're teaming up with the Customer Service Manager to recruit a Customer Service individual to join the team and assist customers in various departments.

The day to day duties in your new job role would be:

  • Processing customer orders (locally and internationally)

  • Invoicing

  • Assist customers over the phone, email and live chat

  • Coordinate with shipping and production

We'd love to speak to candidates with:

  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite

  • MS Navison and use of a CRM system would be very desirable

  • Customer support experience is essential

  • Some knowledge of import/export and international shipping would be desirable but not essential
