Customer Service Temp | 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday

JOB TITLE: Customer Service (office based)


LOCATION: Whitstable, Kent


SALARY: £12ph


TERM: Temporary for 2 months


HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm


We have a new role just in working as a Customer Service Advisor for a friendly office based in Whitstable. This is a Temporary position for approximately 2 months so you will need be available immediately. The offices are based close to the train station, however free parking is also on offer.


The day to day duties in your new job would be:




  • Using the in house database to check the status of customers and orders





  • Provide customer service via phone, email and live web chat

  • Logging enquiries onto their CRM (training provided)

  • Logging new customers names, addresses and emails

  • Processing orders and sample requests

  • Contacting customers to check contact details

  • Answering calls and resolving basic queries



We'd love to speak to candidates who have:



  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written

  • Good IT skills

  • Who are available immediately and happy to commit to a temporary position
